Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

By signing and returning the registration form, the authorizing signatory on behalf of the stated company agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Delegate Cancellations:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations received at least 21 working days prior to the event will incur a charge of 80% of the registration fee plus a R 400 administrative fee.

Cancellations received within 14 working days of the event date will result in the full registration fee being payable with no refunds or credits.

Failure of a registered delegate to attend the event without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Delegate Substitution:

Substitutions are permitted at any time without additional charges.

Written notification of any substitutions must be received at least 7 days before the event date to ensure that we have correct details for certification purposes.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

Speaker and Topic Changes:

While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publication, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate changes.

EDUTRADE SERVICES (PTY) LTD reserves the right to alter or modify advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary.

Any substitutions or alterations will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Payment Policy:

Payments must be made via bank transfer.

Please clearly state your full names on the money transfer.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and not for EduTrade Services (Pty) Ltd.

Payments must be received within 5 working days of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Full payment is required before attending the event.

Only fully paid delegates will be permitted to attend.

Hotel Accommodation and Travel:

Hotel accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
