Priscilla is an award-winning Executive Personal Assistant with over 27 years of experience. In 2011/2012, she won the OPSA/Rexel SA National Office Professional of the Year Award. Priscilla is passionate about continuous learning and skill development, regularly leading Executive Personal Assistant Masterclass Workshops locally and internationally.

She is dedicated to mentoring current and aspiring Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants, advocating for the value of their roles. Priscilla’s approach emphasizes professionalism, optimism, proactivity, and strong client relations.

An active member of several professional associations, including OPSA, PAFSA, and IAAP, Priscilla is also the founder of EduTrade Services (Pty) Ltd. Throughout her career, she has been committed to enhancing the brand reputation of every organization she’s been part of.

Catherine is an experienced independent facilitator and trainer specializing in Pension and Retirement Fund Administration, Management, and Governance. With 18 years in the pension industry, she has worked with leading pension institutions in Zambia.

She holds a BA in Development Studies from the University of Zambia and an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Reading. Catherine is also certified in Pension Administration, Fund Management, Trustees Training, and Risk Management.

Known for her expertise in pension trusteeship, fiduciary duties, and board governance, Catherine is a trusted advisor and resource in the field.

Michelle is a seasoned administrative professional with nearly 18 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, and tender management. With a deep understanding of workplace processes, she excels at delivering practical, hands-on training that equips participants with the skills needed to succeed in real-world administrative roles.

Her approach as a facilitator is focused on providing clear, actionable insights that bridge the gap between theory and practice. Michelle’s ability to break down complex concepts and guide learners through practical exercises ensures that they gain both confidence and competence in their professional abilities.

Munyumba is a distinguished leader and visionary in the pension fund sector, bringing over a decade of expertise in transforming retirement planning. Renowned for his strategic foresight and innovative investment models, he has been instrumental in driving policy reforms, enhancing fund performance, and setting new industry standards.

He will provide actionable insights into the evolving pension landscape. Mike's extensive 40+ year career delivers a unique blend of procurement and operational mastery. His expertise encompasses strategic procurement within food service, hospitality, in-flight catering, hospital non-medical, and MRO environments, coupled with hands-on operational experience in hotels, airport concessions, retail, and fresh/frozen food distribution. 

His comprehensive background ensures participants gain a holistic understanding of procurement best practices, informed by real-world challenges and solutions.
