Catherine is an experienced independent facilitator and trainer specializing in Pension and Retirement Fund Administration, Management, and Governance. With 18 years in the pension industry, she has worked with leading pension institutions in Zambia.
She holds a BA in Development Studies from the University of Zambia and an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Reading. Catherine is also certified in Pension Administration, Fund Management, Trustees Training, and Risk Management.
Known for her expertise in pension trusteeship, fiduciary duties, and board governance, Catherine is a trusted advisor and resource in the field.
Michelle is a seasoned administrative professional with nearly 18 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, and tender management. With a deep understanding of workplace processes, she excels at delivering practical, hands-on training that equips participants with the skills needed to succeed in real-world administrative roles.
